Silo Art Weekend Away

Tour of Victorian Silo Art

 

Starting off with lunch at Avoca members will have the opportunity to Tour the Silos and Street Art in St Arnaud, Sea Lake, Wedderburn plus a number of other towns along the way. It will include the amazing Stick shed in Murtoa. There will be an opportunity to stay Sunday night in Wedderburn and visit some tank art on Monday coming back into Melbourne can also visit Water Tank Art . Other attractions may be added along the way.

Meet at Avoca lunchtime (182km from Melbourne)

Lunch: 12 noon – Home Made Cafe, 132 High Street (Sunraysia Highway)

Visit to Lindsay Crawfords’ home to look at his Rover collection

Blackburn Lake Sanctuary Talk & Walk

 

Talk & Walk, followed by lunch at the Blackburn Hotel. Come along and explore the beautiful Blackburn Lake Sanctuary, see if you can spot a Tawny Frogmouth or perhaps a Heron at Heron Point. Cost for talk and /tea/coffee $5.00 donation to the advisory Committee.

Tour: 10.00am-12.00pm Meeting point: Visitor Information Centre at 9.45 am
