National Heritage Motoring Day (Drive it Day).
This event is to showcase the Historical Vehicle movement Australia wide by encouraging the use of our vehicles on a particular day each year.
This year the RCCA will enjoy a run to Beeac, including lunch and a tour of Ean McDowell’s private car museum. He owns and runs the Farmers Arms Hotel Beeac (near Colac) and has a car museum containing an enviable range of very collectible cars.
Meeting point: Park outside the Inverleigh Recreation Reserve, Hamilton Hwy B140. Meeting time: 11.30am Departure time: 11.45am – to arrive in Beeac before 12.30, lunch at the Farmers Arms Hotel, 87 Main St, Beeac at 12.30pm. More details May ST.
