Summary of Calendar of Club Events
With the changing situation of COVID-19 restrictions, we are pleased to report we can now resume our Events, see Calendar below.
All Events will operate in accordance with the Victorian Government COVID Safe guidance. Please Note – Members are now required to register their attendance prior to meetings and events with the Events Coordinator. Members and visitors are asked to sign in, hand sanitise and wear face masks where necessary.

Run to Mount Macedon summit followed by lunch at Redesdale Hotel and visit the Metcalfe Holden Museum.This event has been organised by a Club Member. Meet up at the BP service station (Calder Park Raceway) Calder Freeway where route maps with the itinerary will be issued. Meeting time: 10.15am. Departure time: 10.30am. Including lunch at Redesdale and the Metcalfe Holden Museum, Metcalfe. National Heritage Motoring Day (Drive it Day).
This event is to showcase the Historical Vehicle movement Australia wide by encouraging the use of our vehicles on a particular day each year.
This year the RCCA will enjoy a run to Beeac, including lunch and a tour of Ean McDowell’s private car museum.
A meeting point & time will be advised in the May ST. More details to follow.
Advance class on panel fabrication with Tom Peach
Another in our popular fabrication afternoons.
Tom & Brian will provide their time and expertise to demonstrate to members
extensive panel work on brass, nickel, silver and moulding.
Preston: Meeting time: 1.45pm.

The RACV Alpine Trial Centenary
The RACV, together with the Vintage Drivers Club, will be organising an event recreating the original 1921 Alpine Trial which will be held from Saturday 20 November to Saturday 27 November 2021.
A maximum of 100 vehicles will be permitted to enter, with preference given to vehicles that competed in the original events and to other vehicles manufactured during the period of the trials: 1921-1926.

The Qld Rover Car Club is hosting the National Gathering of all Rover Car Owners next year in Toowoomba.
After the Covid shut down and the cancellation of the SA gathering it will be good to get back to normal next year. Please see the attached flyer for details and the link to add your name to our mailing list. You don’t have to be a member of a Rover club to add your name to the list.
